Thank you for choosing Paradise Party & Event Hire for your entertainment needs. If you have opted to supervise the inflatable yourself, it is essential to read and understand the following safety rules to ensure the protection of all users and prevent any damage to the inflatable:

Supervision & General Safety

• A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times.

• Children should be of similar size to prevent collisions and injuries.

• No food, drinks, alcohol, or smoking allowed on or near the inflatable.

• Prohibited items: silly string, streamers, balloons, muddy feet, and water (for dry hire). A cleaning fee may apply if these rules are not followed.

• No shoes, jewelry, sharp objects, or toys permitted inside the inflatable.

• No flips, tackling, or climbing on the walls.

• Do not sit or bounce on the entrance step.

• Avoid climbing stairs and jumping from excessive heights to prevent collisions.

• Keep pets away from the inflatable.

• Do not lean on or allow small children to suck on the netting.

• No persons over 60kg allowed inside the inflatable.

• No one should enter the inflatable while it is being inflated or deflated.

Weather & Power Safety

• Light rain: Leave the inflatable running but exercise caution with children.

• Heavy rain or high winds: Exit the inflatable immediately, turn off the fan and/or generator, and place them under cover.

• Power outage or deflation:

  • Have all users exit the inflatable quickly.

  • Check the power source, fan, and connections for any trips or blockages.

  • Ensure all zips are securely closed and the hose remains connected to the fan.

User Limits

• 4x4m Inflatable: Maximum of 8 children (depending on size).

• 5x5m Inflatable: Maximum of 8-10 children (depending on size).

• Super Slide: Up to 6 children at one time.

• Waterslide: One child at a time; ensure the bottom is clear before the next user.

• Obstacle Course: Two children racing through at a time; next participants enter once the previous ones have reached the slide.

Lessee Responsibility

• Any person not following these safety rules must be removed from the inflatable.

• The lessee is fully responsible for the safe operation of the inflatable and adherence to all safety rules.

• The lessor is not responsible for any injuries sustained while using the inflatable or sumo suits.

• The lessee is responsible for any damage or loss of inflatable parts, sumo suits, popcorn, candyfloss, and snow cone machines.
